Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy

I Can Predict provides personalised astrology consultations, palm readings and related digital reports. As these are services, physical returns and exchanges do not apply.

To cancel or reschedule a consultation, please contact [ jigyasa.icanpredict@gmail.com or +91 7303044257 ] with your booking details. Rescheduling requests made at least 4 hours before the appointment may be accommodated, subject to availability.

If you cancel before your consultation takes place and before any personalised preparation or report work has begun, you may request a refund. Where preparation has already started, we will explain the work completed and any applicable deduction before confirming the refund, subject to applicable law. Late cancellations and missed appointments will be reviewed individually.

Once a consultation has been completed or a personalised report has been delivered, refunds are generally not available solely because the interpretation or guidance does not match your expectations. This does not affect your rights where a service is not delivered, is deficient or is materially different from what was advertised.

If I Can Predict cancels your appointment and you do not wish to reschedule, we will refund the payment for the undelivered service. Duplicate payments will also be refunded after verification.

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the amount.
